I called the toll- free # on your website to inquire about a solitaire I'd seen, but sadly it had been sold. I spoke to a rep & they told me about another ring I might be inerested in & that it was also "on sale" (music to a woman's ears!).   • • FREE Two Business Days Shipping— (FedEx 2Day®)on all orders over $1500*
  • • FREE Next-Business-Day Shipping— (FedEx Priority Overnight®) on all orders over $2500*

    *(EXCLUDING taxes, shipping and handling charges) within the U.S. except to Alaska and Hawaii where the following charges apply.*
 
Currently the Jewelry Exchange is only able to accept online orders to shipping address within the United States.
 
All orders are shipped using USPS or FedEx and are fully insured in transit.
• Ground shipping: $10, please allow 2-5 business days from the time your package leaves our store.

• 2nd day air: $15, Overnight air delivery: $25 the in transit time for the package to be delivered, is determined by the availability of the item. Once the item leaves our factory the delivery time will then take affect.

 
Express Saturday deliveries: $50
 
*Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped (USPS or FedEx) Express, $25 and can only be shipped by 2nd Business Day.
 
The Jewelry Exchange encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering before receiving and signing their acceptance.
 
Signature Required
 
For your security and insurance reasons, all shipments require a signature regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers.
 
Packages cannot be rerouted with any of our carriers.

P.O. Box orders will not be delivered without a recipient’s signature.
 
FedEx orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

15-Day Internet Return Policy
The Jewelry Exchange is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory and are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone, for any reason at all; The Jewelry Exchange will refund the item/items within 15 days or exchange any item/items within 30 days from the original purchase date. The greater of either 25% of the total invoiced amount or the total cost of labor and materials for setting, sizing and otherwise customizing may be deducted from the refund or exchange amount. Freight and labor charges will not be refunded. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the Jewelry Exchange box. For your security, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if appropriate; a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate. We recommend the package is returned to us by registered mail insured for the amount of the item. Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address and phone number are clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return address: Goldenwest Corp. Attn: Customer Service Center 15732 Tustin Village Way Tustin, CA 92780. The Jewelry Exchange will process your return upon receipt of the package. Returns accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date for items bought on this website must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. •
